"Reading for All Children" is the goal of the Centers of Excellence for Teacher Training (CETT), a visionary child literacy program that brings best practices in reading education to disadvantaged children throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Reading and writing are the foundational skills for all learning and the basis of hope for a better future. Yet many children in Latin America and the Caribbean will leave primary school without having learned these basic skills. Far too many children drop out of school. Without education, they become trapped in a cycle of poverty.
